If you Protect the Amazon, the Lungs of the World, You can Slow Down Climate Change!
Indigenous people are 6% of the world’s population. They protect 80% of the biodiversity of the Earth’s landmass. They protect the forests of the world. People are killing some of them in order to steal and burn their land.

Grassroots International
Grassroots International since 1983 has nurtured long-lasting relationships with organized movements across the world, developing a reputation as a reliable partner that supports authentic change, often in opposition to damaging US government policies. As such, we are one of the few organizations invited to join global movements as a trusted ally. Unlike top-down charity models employed by many mainstream foundations, Grassroots International’s model of long-term partnership and direct advocacy poses a powerful alternative based on movement building for systems change.
Contamination and Exploitation
The Indigenous Environmental Network (primarily North America) since 1990 is an alliance of grassroots Indigenous Peoples whose mission is to protect the sacredness of Mother Earth from is an alliance of grassroots Indigenous peoples whose mission it is to protect the sacredness of Mother Earth from contamination and exploitation by strengthening, maintaining and respecting Indigenous teachings and natural laws.

Our Vision
I propose that all governments and private landowners allow the indigenous people to protect all private, government, provincial, and state own lands.

The Plan
Private landowners, governments, provincial, and state own lands would no longer control the use of the above-ground deforestation and the underground resources. The Indigenous people will be Rangers who will manage these lands as they always have with a Balance of Nature approach.
